Vegan oat pancakes with banana

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas. Bananas with brown spots are ideal
  • 140 g oat flakes
  • 350 ml of vegetable milk (oats, almond, coconut...)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • Coconut oil, vegan butter or olive oil for baking
  • Your favorite toppings: e.g. maple syrup, pomegranate seeds, honey, nut butter, fresh fruit or jam

Make sure to always indicate the preparation step by step

  • Combine the bananas, oat flakes, milk, honey and vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt. Let stand for 10 min.
  • Then blend in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  • Fry thick pancakes from the batter in a pan with oil or vegan butter. Cook them over medium heat until nicely golden brown on each side.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
